Terms, in plain English

Last updated 20 August 2026 · AdRival is a trading name of Waives Analytics. These terms apply to every report and subscription we sell.

Like our privacy page, this is written by us, not pasted from a template. It's short because the deal is simple: you pay us for competitor advertising intelligence, we deliver it honestly, and neither of us surprises the other.

What you're buying

Reports and subscriptions describing what brands are advertising, compiled from the platforms' own public transparency records — Google's Ads Transparency Center, Meta's Ad Library, and equivalents on TikTok and LinkedIn — then structured and qualified by our AI pipeline (objectives, offers, discounts, hooks, tone and more). You're paying for the collection, qualification and analysis, not for the underlying public data itself.

Ordering and payment

We don't take payments on this website. Orders are agreed by email and paid by invoice. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. A report or subscription starts once payment (or agreed payment terms) is confirmed.

Delivery

The honest-coverage clause

Public transparency data has real limits — platforms cap what they publish (we've documented Google's limits ourselves), and no tool on the market sees everything. Every report states its coverage per channel. We promise the data we show you is genuinely from the public record and honestly described; we don't promise it's a complete census of every ad a brand runs.

Using what we send you

Free trials

Subscription tiers start with a 7-day free trial: full access to the tier you chose, no card details (we don't take payments on this site anyway), no obligation. The trial simply ends after 7 days unless you tell us to continue — nothing converts automatically and there is never a surprise invoice. One trial per business; we may decline a trial where we'd have to seed a large number of new brands to run it.

Subscriptions and cancelling

Monthly, no lock-in. Cancel by email any time and the subscription ends at the close of the period you've paid for. Founding-customer pricing stays yours while you stay subscribed.

If something's wrong

If a report is materially wrong — wrong brand, broken data, missing sections — tell us and we'll fix and re-deliver it, or refund it if we can't. That's the remedy; our total liability for anything under these terms is capped at what you've paid us in the previous 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect losses. Our reports are market intelligence, not legal, financial or investment advice.

Your data

Everything about the personal data we hold is on the privacy page. The short version: an email address, the little you tell us, and nothing sneaky.

Housekeeping

We may update these terms; material changes get flagged to subscribers by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: [email protected].
